Customer Care

Here at GM Digital Printing we take pride in having the best customer service. We are here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Order Status and Shipping

We specialize in custom designs. To be able to offer these one of a kind designs, our turn around time is 7-10 days. If your item is being shipped please allow 2 additional business days to received your item.

 

Last Minute Orders

Things happen, and life gets in the way. Therefore, if you are needing an item rushed, we do offer a 3-5 business day turn around time for a small fee of $5.00 per item. Please be sure to notify us of the day you are needing the item(s) by.

Returns

Unfortunately, since our items are all custom orders, we do not accept returns. Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you have found a mistake after you've placed an order, you will have until 2:30 pm to contact us and have it corrected.

 

We will send you a proof of the item for your approval before completing your order. If you receive an order that is not correct please email us a picture and we will make it right for you!

Cancellations

You may cancel without fees AS LONG long as the items have not been ordered already. Although, if we have completed a design for you, there may a design fee.

 

If you cancel after the items have been ordered, but not completed, there will be 25% restocking fee. This includes our fee we pay to send back the items and time or design time we have put into it.

 

If we have already completed the items, then we unfortunately do not accept cancellations at that point.
